MASTER BATCH

Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments, additives, or special chemicals encapsulated in a carrier resin and used in the plastic manufacturing industry to color or enhance the properties of plastic products. It is added to raw plastic materials during processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding to provide uniform color, UV resistance, flame retardancy, anti-static properties, or improved durability. Masterbatch offers better dispersion, easier handling, and more consistent quality compared to using raw pigments directly. Due to its efficiency and cost-effectiveness, masterbatch is widely used in packaging, automotive parts, household products, pipes, films, and various industrial plastic applications.
